- A bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations or any related discipline.
- Relevant post-graduate qualification in Public Relations or Mass Communication will be an advantage.
- A minimum of ten (10) years' experience, with at least three (3) years' experience in a senior management position, preferably in a PR and Communications firm.
- Proven experience in the design and execution of marketing, communications and public relations, activities.

- Coordinate, lead, and manage the service delivery, revenue generation, and customer satisfaction functions of PHWC.
- Develop systems for domestic and commercial customer identification, billing, and build relationships with customers in a way that support field staff in meter reading and billing.
- Develop short and long-term commercial policies, strategies and operating plans that reflect the Company's goals and priorities and also grow customer base, increase revenue, while working with other teams to keep cost down.
- A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business management, Marketing or other relevant disciplines.
