Our company is a reputable fast growing manufacturer of FMCG products in Nigeria, owned whoIly by foreign investors. Growth and expansion has necessitated the need for us to recruit self-motivated individuals with a high sense of commitment to fill positions as follows:
1.) Safety Health & Environment Manager

Location: Agbara

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 – 5 years experience in managing the safety or sustainability department of FMCG Company as either a Safety orAssistant Safety Manager
• Candidate must have versatile experience in safety management with sound knowledge and application of all safety standards relevant to an FMCG company.
• Relevant safety certification is a must for this role

2.) Brand Manager

Location: Lagos

Requirements

• Nigerian graduate not more than 40 years old with at least 3 years experience in extensive branding campaign for a reputable FMCG where such as been effective with return of investment for the company with verifiable and solid track records of the business and specific products that were branded for ease of reference to confirm campaign effectiveness and high growth rate in volumes.
• Candidate must have hands on experience & skills in advertising campaign online, promotional & Print media, analytical & technologically inclined, mass & mono product branding, excellent editors & publishers relationship, a connector, strong market intelligence gatherer, superb innovator, translator, communicator and presenter of ideas to the understanding of any potential customer across all boundaries.

3.) Quality Assurance Manager

Location: Agbara

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years cognate experience of a quality assurance department of a reputable FMCG, manufacturing company
• Candidate must be conversant with industry standard of best practices and relevant professional qualifications for this role

4.) Shift Duty Production Manager

Location: Agbara

Requirements

• Nigerian, 30 years and above with core experience in production processes including but not limited to production schedules, equipment maintenance, production time management and target.
• Candidate must have minimum of 3 years cognate experience in a reputable manufacturing company.
• Minimum of first degree in engineering with verifiable solid and successful track record in production.
• Computer literacy, good communication & presentation skills are necessary. 

5.) Market Research Officer

Location: Lagos

Requirements

• Must have completed NYSC, a graduate of a reputable tertiary institution preferably with management, statistics and finance related backgrounds.
• Should have good communication, analytical, research & data interpretation skills.
• Good computer skills is a requisite for this role.

6.) Van Sales Supervisor

Location: All the Six Geopolitical Zones in Nigeria

Requirements

• Nigerian, graduate not more than 35 years old male, with 2 years cognate experience.
• Candidate must have exceptional customer relationship management, leadership & team building, business development, extensive customer interaction, flair for figures, customer base & route development skills.
• It is pertinent that candidate has good driving skills backed up by a valid driving license with sound knowledge of road network and road traffic laws and the ability to oversee the sales van team.

7.) Administrative Officers

Location: Agbara and Lagos

• Requirements Candidates must come with at least 2yrs cognate experience which must span through general office management and corporate environment administration.
• Candidate should possess excellent interpersonal relationship and at least OND in a relevant course. 

8.) Engineer (Production, Electrical & Mechanical)

Location: Agbara

Requirements

• Candidate must have vast maintenance experience of production, electrical and mechanical utilities for a reputable FMCG company.
• He must have in-depth knowledge and technical know - how of the various levels in involved in the manufacturing processes of a typical FMCG.
• A first degree in engineering with relevant professional engineering certification will be prior requisites for consideration for the role.

9.) Human Resource Manager

Requirements

• Nigerian, 35 years and above, candidate should have a minimum of 8-12 years’ work experience in Human Resource, General Administration, Employee Relations & Industrial Labour relations handling in the manufacturing industry.
• Must be highly computer literate who possess superb, presentation, communication, negotiation, people management and holistic organisational management overview skills.

10.) Assistant Human Resource Manager

Location: Agbara

Requirements

• Nigerian, male or female, 35 years and above candidate should have a minimum of 5 - 10 years’ work experience in Human Resource Department of manufacturing company.
• Must be highly computer literate as welt as have good communication skill.

11.)  Regional Sales Manager

Location: All the Six Geopolitical Zones in Nigeria

Requirements

• Nigerian not more than 35yrs old with at least 5 years experience in managing territorial sales managers of a reputable FMCG company in the country at a senior managerial or managerial level.
• Candidate should in addition to been a graduate possess relevant professional qualifications/memberships, relationship, influencing, presentation, key account management, oral & written skills and must ever willing to travel around territories for business intelligence gathering & development.

12.) Shift Production Supervisor

Location: Agbara

Requirements

• Experiences must span all production processes including hands on experience in equipment maintenance and servicing. Candidate must have minimum of first degree in engineering with verifiable solid and successful track records in production.
• Relevant professional certification would be an added advantage.
• Computer literacy, good communication & presentation skills are necessary.

13.) Sales Supervisor

Location: All the Six Geopolitical Zones in Nigeria

Requirements

• Nigerian, graduate not more than 35 years old, with minimum of 3 years cognate experience in a reputable FMCG company with a verifiable track record of performance.
• Candidates experience must be all encompassing in the sales function so he/she can readily appraise our sales model and hence reliably monitor, and develop a better sales team both in our retail and bulk sales team. jobs in Nigeria

14.) Regional Van Sales Manager

Location: All the Six Geopolitical Zones in Nigeria

Requirements

• Nigerian not more than 35yrs old with at least 5 years experience in managing territorial van sales managers, supervisors & van sales men, championing latest industrial best practices of a reputable FMCG company in the country at a managerial level.
• Candidate must have a solid and verifiable track record in Van sales volume, usage and overall van efficiency.
• Candidate must be a graduate with professional experience/qualifications in FMCG supply chain logistics, good communication, presentation, customer relationship, people management & good relationship, route mapping, management and development skills as well as relationship & contacts with road traffic regulators.

15.) Marketing Manager

Location: Lagos

Requirements

• Nigerian not more than 40 yrs old with at least 5 years experience in managing a reputable FMCG marketing team with strong and verifiable track records of effective marketing activation across the country with up to date effective marketing strategies and skills.
• Candidates must have professional experience/membership skills and must have good business development network, customer oriented, ability to motivate sales team, work under pressure, problem solving skills, superb presentation and communication skills with excellent writing and oral skills.

16.) Assistant Safety Health & Environment Manager

Location: Agbara

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in safety or sustainability practice of FMCG Company at a supervisory grade.
• Candidate must have clear understanding of best safety practices who can work with little or no supervision.
• A first degree in a related course with HSE professional certification is required and relevant professional courses would be an added advantage.
